Registration for walk-in exams for PHDT 15-01 is on-going until NOVEMBER 17, 2014.  Must have your TOR, SIRB and passport for registration. Interested applicants, please report to MARLOW office (2120 Leon Guinto St., Malate, Manila) or send your resume and TOR to dtolentino@marlow.com.ph

Selection Criteria:
GWA: 85% (no grades lower than 80)
Math: 85% and above
Physics: 85% and above
Ht: 1.64m
BMI: 19-25

In the meantime, please be informed of the Guidelines for ALUMNI Library Users:

1. Alumnus must present his/her Alumni ID Card together with any one of the following:

A. Seaman’s Book

B. Passport

C. LTO Driver’s License

D. PRC ID

E. SSS ID

2. Materials to be borrowed are limited to two books at a time and are to be used only within the library.  Photocopying of the same should be accompanied by a Student Aide and limited to 15 minutes time.

3. Alumnus should not have any unsettled obligation (lost/overdue book or unpaid overdue fines) at the library.

YEARBOOKS RELEASED AND HOW TO CLAIM:
1. The graduate should present an Alumni ID Card and inform the library staff the month and year he/she graduated from PMMS.
2. The graduate should not have any unsettled obligations to the library e.g. lost/overdue books, unpaid overdue fines, etc.
3. The graduate should present his/her receipt of full payment of graduation fee, or secure proof of such payment at the Accounting Office.
4. In case the graduate will not be able to claim for his/her yearbook personally, an authorized representative may be sent.  The representative should present a valid ID, and bring an authorization letter and ID of the graduate.
5. Yearbooks should be claimed within five (5) years after graduation.  The school reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed yearbooks due to limited storage space.
